ASTEEL SDN. BHD. is seeking a sales professional to achieve monthly targets and drive business growth in Sabah, Malaysia. You will develop new opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, while coordinating with delivery teams to ensure smooth orders.

You will conduct customer visits, respond to enquiries promptly, and promote ASTEEL products. The role requires 2-3 years in sales, strong communication, and willingness to travel across customers.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 2-3 years of relevant working experience in sales or a related field.
• Outgoing, enthusiastic and customer-oriented.
• Willing and able to travel for customer visits.
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsible.

Responsabilités

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Conduct routine customer visits for customer retention and new business development.
• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Introduce and promote products to customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales contracts and other related documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and the delivery team on delivery-related matters.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of debts.
• Provide quality pre-sales and after-sales service.
• Assist the Manager with daily organisational and administrative tasks.
• Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
