7 Eleven Malaysia seeks a Manager for Operational Excellence, Security & Compliance (Logistics) to oversee facility management, safety and regulatory compliance across Klang warehouse sites. You will manage maintenance, budgets, vendor relations and site readiness for audits and client visits.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–8 years in facility management within logistics/manufacturing, with SAP and MS Office proficiency and strong leadership abilities.

Job description:
Facility Management
Own the preventive and corrective maintenance framework for the warehouse facilities, covering buildings, M&E systems and supporting infrastructure, and ensure statutory, health and safety requirements are met at every site.
Conduct facility inspections, control repair and renovation works, and govern all contractor work through the Work Permit process.
Manage landlord and vendor relationships across sites, including defect rectification under tenancy agreements and follow-through on contractual obligations.
Plan and control facility budgets, project timelines and repair spending at company level.
Ensure facility readiness for client visits, audits and certifications.
Support the setup of new sites, including fit-out, licensing, utilities and facility commissioning.
Safety & Compliance
Own the company Safety Management System and enforce it across all sites in line with OSHA and related Malaysian regulations.
Track regulatory changes and keep company policies, licenses and site practices current.
Lead hazard identification, HIRARC and Job Hazard Analysis reviews, and verify control measures before work execution.
Maintain Emergency Response Plans, first aid and welfare facilities, and run emergency drills at each site.
Direct site safety inspections, close out unsafe acts and conditions, and consolidate monthly safety reporting and statistics for DOSH and management.
Manage subcontractor safety compliance, including induction and training for hazardous or unfamiliar operations.
Represent the company with DOSH, Police and other government agencies on safety and security matters.
Security
Set company security policies, access control standards and surveillance requirements, and enforce them across all sites.
Manage in-house and outsourced security personnel, including contracts, scheduling, task allocation and performance monitoring.
Control the security operations budget and guard force deployment.
Lead incident response and investigations, and issue incident reports with corrective actions.
Maintain surveillance and security equipment through scheduled maintenance and timely repair.
Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
5–8 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
Experience in supervising maintenance teams, contractors, and security personnel.
Knowledge of facility maintenance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office.
Possessed OSHA or related safety certification is an added advantage.
