Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking an ERP Analyst to support the Director and drive ERP upgrades across the Group. You will implement enhancements and act as the bridge between users and system integrators during implementation, UAT and post-Go Live support.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience, especially with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, plus strong analytical and communication skills. Fast-paced, multi-project work environment expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• Hands-on ERP experience; Dynamics 365 BC preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

• 1.Support the Director/Superior in driving ERP system upgrades and related application projects across the Group.
• 2.Lead or assist in implementing ERP-related enhancements or smaller-scale projects independently.
• 3.Act as liaison between end-users and system integrators during ERP implementation, UAT, and post-Go Live support.
• 4.Assist in testing of new features, system upgrades, and patches prior to deployment.
• 5.Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and other key business applications.
• 6.Monitor and manage user support tickets across ERP modules.
• 7.Assist in data extraction, ad hoc report generation, and support data requests for audit or management reporting purposes.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:

• 1.Bachelor's degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2.Hands-on experience with ERP systems; experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred.
• 3.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• 4.Good communication skills with the ability to engage users across various departments and business levels.
