Job summary

Confidential Jobs is seeking an ERP Analyst to support the Director and drive ERP upgrades across the Group. You will implement enhancements and act as the bridge between users and system integrators during implementation, UAT and post-Go Live support.

The role requires hands-on ERP experience, especially with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, plus strong analytical and communication skills. Fast-paced, multi-project work environment expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
Hands-on ERP experience; Dynamics 365 BC preferred.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills across departments and levels.
Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support the Director/Superior in ERP upgrades and related projects across the Group.
Lead or assist in ERP enhancements or smaller-scale projects independently.
Act as liaison between end-users and system integrators during ERP implementation, UAT and post-Go Live support.
Assist in testing of new features, system upgrades and patches prior to deployment.
Provide daily support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 Business Central and other key business apps.
