Job summary

INFOSIGHT CONSULTING PTE. LTD. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a seasoned ERP/enterprise systems professional with 6–12+ years’ experience to own programs across Finance and Procurement. You will drive roadmaps, balance value and risk, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure stability and governance.

Experience with finance ERP platforms, data governance, SO D concepts, integrations, and ITIL practices is required. Prior full lifecycle ERP implementations and upgrades are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Typically 6–12+ years’ experience in ERP / enterprise applications; seniority adjusted to role level.
• At least one full lifecycle ERP implementation and/or major upgrade, ideally Finance/Procurement.

Job description

• Experience with Finance ERP platforms and core finance processes (GL, AP, AR, Procurement).
• Strong hands‑on experience supporting enterprise ERP applications (L2/L3), including incident/problem management and release/change support.
• Proven capability operating as a system owner/product owner: prioritization, roadmap planning, and decision‑making balancing value, risk, and stability.
• Solid understanding of master data governance, data quality controls, and audit‑ready processes.
• Experience with ERP security administration (roles/authorizations, access reviews, audit logging) and segregation‑of‑duties (SoD) principles.
• Comfortable working with integrations/interfaces (file/API‑based), monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining runbooks/documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including translating technical topics for non‑technical audiences and producing clear governance updates.
• Vendor and service management experience, including SLA oversight and structured escalation.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify recurring pain points and implement practical, controlled improvements.
• Exposure to SaaS ERP transformations, migrations, or major ERP implementation programs.
• Power Platform experience (Power Automate/Power Apps) and/or Power BI, SQL, data warehouse concepts, or relevant ERP reporting tools.
• Experience with data integration flows, ETL, APIs, and/or integration middleware.
• Familiarity with ITIL practices, Change Advisory Boards (CAB), and enterprise governance, risk, and controls.
• Ability to draft senior management/ExCo‑level summaries, business cases, or investment proposals for ERP initiatives.
