Job summary

HRnetGoup, headquartered in Singapore with global offices, seeks a Manager, Agency Recruitment & Consulting in Malaysia. The role leads strategy for recruitment pipelines and oversees the effectiveness of the Quality Recruiters, coordinating with internal stakeholders to strengthen the digital brand presence.

You will drive analytics, prepare performance reports, and collaborate across HR, marketing, and client teams to expand our agency partnerships in Malaysia.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years and above of working experience from HR Consulting/ Marketing Agency/ Marketing Performance Management/ Account Management.
• Good in data analytic and presentation skills - Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiar in Financial Services will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities
