Job summary

HRnet One Sdn Bhd in Malaysia seeks an experienced Training Manager to design and deliver sales training programmes, conduct train-the-trainer sessions, and align initiatives with business growth goals.

The role focuses on improving training quality, learner experience, and standards across the agency distribution channel, working with internal and external stakeholders to close performance gaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in developing and conducting Sales Training programmes.
