LV Concrete Sdn Bhd invites fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee programme in Taiping and Ipoh. You will work alongside experienced managers, gaining hands-on exposure to site operations, planning and coordination across departments within a leading concrete solutions provider.

You will learn construction management fundamentals, safety practices and professional communication while contributing to project success and future leadership potential.

Formación

• Fresh graduates with degree in construction/management fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Must possess driving licence and be willing to travel.
• Internship or work experience in construction/engineering is a plus.

Responsabilidades

About the role

We are seeking talented Management Trainees to join LV Concrete Sdn Bhd on a full-time basis in our Taiping and Ipoh locations. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who are eager to launch their careers in the construction and management sector. As a Management Trainee, you will work alongside experienced managers and team leaders, gaining valuable hands-on experience across various aspects of our business operations. This role is designed to equip you with the fundamental knowledge and skills required for a successful career in construction management, whilst contributing meaningfully to our ongoing operations and projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support the management team in overseeing daily site operations and project activities

What we're looking for

• Fresh graduates with a degree in construction management, civil engineering, business administration or a related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and operationally
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Willingness to learn and develop new competencies in a fast-paced construction environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Reliability, integrity and a professional approach to work
• Physical capability to conduct site visits and work in outdoor construction environments
• Possess valid driving licence and willing to travel
• Previous internship or work experience in construction, engineering or project management is preferred but not essential
