Job summary

LV Concrete Sdn Bhd invites fresh graduates to join our Management Trainee programme in Taiping and Ipoh. You will work alongside experienced managers, gaining hands-on exposure to site operations, planning and coordination across departments within a leading concrete solutions provider.

You will learn construction management fundamentals, safety practices and professional communication while contributing to project success and future leadership potential.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with degree in construction/management fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Must possess driving licence and be willing to travel.
• Internship or work experience in construction/engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in overseeing daily site operations and project activities.
• Assist in coordinating between departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Help with project planning, scheduling and resource allocation under guidance from senior management.
• Participate in site inspections and contribute to quality assurance and safety monitoring activities.
• Support the preparation of reports, documentation and records related to project progress and performance.
• Assist in inventory management, procurement processes and vendor coordination.
• Learn and apply construction management best practices, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to health and safety initiatives and maintain a safe working environment.
• Develop relationships with clients, contractors and suppliers through professional communication and support.
