You will work with cross-functional teams to optimise workflow, learn end-to-end manufacturing operations, and build expertise across multiple departments. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or equivalent, with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

We are seeking enthusiastic recent graduates or experienced candidates to support our daily operations in sales and supply chain. The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional teams to optimise workflow and operational efficiency.

Key Areas of Learning:

Gain in-depth product knowledge on a wide range of precast concrete products

Mastering End-to-End Manufacturing Operations by gaining hands on exposure across key departments.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or equivalent

Strong business acumen and analytical thinking

Proficiency in MS Office

Team oriented and collaborative

Self-motivated with a strong willingness to learn

Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for interacting with people

Results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus)
