Job summary

YICK HOE GROUP OF COMPANIES invites strong fresh graduates to join its Management Trainee program in Malaysia. Trainees will undergo structured training across departments, participate in strategic initiatives, and build a solid leadership foundation for a future management role.

Participants will engage with senior leaders, contribute to key projects, and progressively take on independent tasks while developing skills in operations, marketing, purchasing, sales, HR and finance.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or related field.

This 1-year program is designed to cultivate leadership potential by providing intensive training, hands-on experience, and in-depth knowledge in a specific department. As a Management Trainee, you will be immersed in one functional area, learning the intricacies of the role, contributing to key projects, and building a solid foundation for a future leadership position within the organization.

Key responsibilities

Participate in comprehensive training and development programs to gain a thorough understanding of the chosen department (e.g., Operations, Marketing, Purchasing, Sales, HR, Finance etc.)

Assist in executing key initiatives and projects within the department to drive business goals and operational improvements

Analyse department processes, provide insights and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and performance

Collaborate with team members to ensure the successful implementation of business strategies and initiatives

Prepare documentation to support decision-making processes

Engage with senior leadership and department heads to gain mentorship, guidance and career insights

Undertake responsibilities progressively, moving toward independent management of tasks and small projects

Participate in performance reviews and feedback sessions to monitor progress and set development goals

About you
