This full‑time program offers hands‑on experience across factory operations and business functions, with exposure to cross‑functional projects and a pathway to future leadership within our manufacturing environment. Over 18–24 months you will benefit from masterclasses by our CEO, shadowing opportunities with retiring managers, and a structured training plan.

• Pre-University, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
