About the Department

The Regional TM Building Finishing team supports business growth across Asia Pacific through product management, market analysis, portfolio optimization, and business development initiatives. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, R&D, Technical Service, and Supply Chain, the team develops strategies to address customer and the different market needs. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to regional projects, product launches, and strategic initiatives, building a strong foundation for future leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete all learning milestones and development activities throughout the programme.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, Construction Management, Marketing, Economics, or other relevant disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to two (2) years of relevant working experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong academic achievements and active involvement in extracurricular activities will be an added advantage.
• Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of Power BI, SQL, data analytics tools, programming languages, or other digital platforms will be an added advantage where applicable.
• Willingness to travel or undertake cross-functional assignments where required.
