Nippon Express (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Man Power Control Executive- People & Culture in Malaysia. The role focuses on controlling branch manpower, deployment, attendance and costs to support daily operations.
You will manage branch manpower deployment, coordinate subcontractor manpower, monitor headcount and costs, and prepare daily reports for Management. The position requires HR/BA qualifications and 2–3 years of relevant experience.
Responsible for controlling and monitoring branch manpower, including subcontractor workforce, manpower deployment, attendance and manpower costs. The role ensures the branch maintains the right manpower level, proper deployment and accurate manpower costs while supporting daily operational requirements.
Manage and monitor daily manpower deployment, attendance and headcount at branch level.
Manage and coordinate subcontractor manpower to meet operational requirements.
Monitor manpower requirements and identify manpower shortages or excess.
Verify manpower attendance, deployment and supporting documents against actual requirements.
Monitor and verify daily manpower costs to ensure accuracy and proper supporting documentation.
Prepare daily manpower and cost reports for Management review.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date manpower and subcontractor records.
Ensure manpower-related documentation meets company and audit requirements.
Work closely with Operations and Management on manpower requirements, deployment and cost matters.
Support branch HR and administrative activities as required.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in manpower management, workforce coordination, HR operations or administration.
Experience managing subcontractor or outsourced manpower is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail with good analytical and checking skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently, manage daily priorities and meet operational deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills, particularly when dealing with Operations and subcontractors.
