Job summary

Our client, International Shopping Mall Co., is seeking a Tenant Relations Executive/Officer to manage tenant relationships, resolve queries and coordinate mall operations. You will act as the liaison between tenants and internal departments, and support initiatives to improve sales and service standards.

The role requires good English, presentable appearance, and excellent interpersonal skills; 1–3 years experience in tenant relations or leasing within malls is preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma / Cert holder.
• 1–3 years in Tenant Relations/Leasing/Marketing in malls.
• Presentable, outspoken, customer‑oriented with good English.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenant relationships and act as the key liaison between tenants and internal departments.
• Handle and resolve tenant enquiries, complaints, disputes and operational issues.
• Monitor and analyse tenant sales performance, market trends and business needs, providing insights and recommendations.
• Prepare sales and tenant performance reports for Management review.
• Support tenants in improving sales, service standards and overall business performance.
• Monitor tenant contract and operational compliance, including renewal recommendations.
• Coordinate tenant-related events, campaigns and internal initiatives.
• Oversee Information Counter operations and ensure customer service standards and procedures are maintained.
