Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for tenants and resolve escalated issues.
• Consolidate and present monthly sales data and category insights.
• Align promotions and coordinate annual events calendar across departments.
• Share actionable insights to enhance tenant sales and service performance.
• Oversee Information Counters and ensure compliance across all tenant activities.
