Job summary

Design Village Outlet Mall is seeking an experienced Leasing Assistant to support the Leasing Manager in developing and monitoring leasing plans, driving occupancy targets and tenant mix strategies. The role requires coordinating negotiations for new, renewal and termination of tenancies, and preparing all offer letters and lease documents.

You will maintain landlord-tenant relationships, analyze tenant performance, and liaise with solicitors as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in related field (Business/Marketing/Real Estate).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in property sales and leasing in retail.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist Leasing Manager in leasing plan conceptualization and monitoring.
• Handle tenancy negotiations for new, renewals, or terminations with approval.
• Prepare tenancy proposals, letters of offer, and lease documents.
• Administer lease terms and monitor compliance by landlords and tenants.
• Analyze tenant performance and suggest improvement measures.
• Coordinate fit-out drawings and pre-opening inspections.
• Prepare correspondence and leasing reports.
• Identify and approach new prospects to enhance tenant mix.
