Job summary

Job description

Shift Work Arrangement: Morning shift: 9am - 6pm, Afternoon Shift: 11am – 8pm (5 days work week, including sat, sun, public holiday)

Mall experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, resolving escalated issues, handling inquiries, and managing comprehensive business databases for each account.

Consolidate, analyze, and present monthly sales performance data, credit statistics, and category insights to management and tenants to support sales optimization and lease renewal decisions (at least 9 months prior to expiry).

Align sales promotion strategies with business objectives and coordinate across internal departments to establish a consolidated annual calendar of events, marketing campaigns, and maintenance activities.

Understand tenants' business models and market trends to share actionable insights, value-added opportunities, and support that enhance tenant sales and service performance.

Oversee daily operations of Information Counters, manage customer inquiries, and enforce strict contractual and operational compliance across all tenant activities.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Commerce / Business Studies, Advertising / Mass Communication, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

At least 2 years’ experience in Mall operations and management position. Fresh Gradate Welcome!

Proven track record handling Mall operations, facilities management, or marketing in a repute large shopping mall or real estate company.
