Job summary

Paradigm Mall JB in Johor Bahru is seeking a proactive Leasing Executive to join our Leasing team. You will source and secure tenants, manage lease renewals, and nurture strong tenant relationships to maximize occupancy and rental income.

You will coordinate with internal departments, monitor tenant performance, prepare leasing proposals, and assist with tenancy administration, including Letters of Offer and tenancy agreements, while delivering excellent service to existing and prospective

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in leasing or retail property.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in shopping mall/retail/property development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and secure tenants and renew leases.
• Maintain strong tenant relationships and monitor performance.
• Prepare leasing proposals and obtain lease approvals per budget.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth leasing operations.
• Assist tenancy administration (Letters of Offer, tenancy agreements).
• Attend tenant meetings and act as duty manager on weekends/public holidays.
