Job summary

Genting Simon Sdn Bhd, a joint venture operating Premium Outlet Centers® in Malaysia, is seeking a Mall Leasing/ Tenancy Executive in Johor. The role focuses on tenancy agreements, lease administration, and accurate data entry, with strong English and Bahasa Malaysia communication.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Marketing/ Business Studies/ Estate Management or relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in mall leasing with retail exposure.
• Excellent interpersonal and bilingual English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to interpret tenancy agreements and manuals.
• Detail-oriented team player with strong analytical skills.
• Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain tenancy agreements and related documents.
• Carry out lease admin work: circulate, file and organize leasing letters and forms.
• Ensure tenancy data is accurately entered into the system on time.
• Submit documents for stamping of signed agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of tenancy transactions and tenant details.
• Track and monitor all tenancy administration until completion.
• Prepare and manage monthly expense claims for the Head of Department.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
