Qualifications

• 6+ years in bid management and successful bid submissions.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent proofreading with attention to word/page limits.
• Ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confident written and verbal communication, team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposals, tenders and bid responses focused on Malaysia.
• Review procurement docs and plan winning offers.
• Mobilise internal stakeholders, set timelines and ensure execution.
• Ensure compliance with bid governance and brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with Directors and cross-functional teams on bids.
• Develop content with external partners and deliver high-quality responses.
• Provide feedback to senior leadership during bid processes.
• Report on pipeline and bid conversion at office/sector levels.
