Job summary

MASSIVE SERVICES (M) SDN. BHD. seeks a detail-oriented Contract Executive to manage the full tender lifecycle for engineering and construction projects in Malaysia. You will prepare technical and commercial submissions, perform cost breakdowns, and coordinate with suppliers to secure competitive quotations.

Key duties include reviewing documents, budgets, and contractual terms, attending site visits, and ensuring on-time submission while monitoring milestones and payments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• 1–3 years tender costing and contract administration experience.
• Strong Excel skills with cost analysis capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify tender opportunities via government portals (e-Perolehan), private clients, and online platforms.
• Review tender documents, BQ and contractual requirements.
• Prepare technical and commercial tender submissions with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Develop pricing, cost breakdowns and preliminary budgets; ensure on-time submissions.
• Attend tender briefings, site visits and clarification meetings.
• Prepare quotations, BQ and cost estimates via take-offs and market analysis.
• Evaluate supplier quotations and assist pricing strategy and margins.
• Review LOA, PO and contracts; monitor obligations and milestones.
• Prepare progress claims, VO, EOT submissions and final accounts.
• Liaise with Project Managers and site teams on expenditure vs budgets.
• Maintain systematic documentation for all commercial/contractual correspondence.
