Job summary

A global logistics provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a professional to manage tender handling and ensure compliance with internal policies. You will lead RFQ responses, support sales operations, and maintain tender databases. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and 4-5 years of relevant experience, coupled with strong communication and analytical skills. Qualifications

• At least 4-5 years’ experience in a relevant capacity.
• Ability to handle multiple tenders simultaneously.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead global and regional RFQ and manage responses.
• Ensure sanity checks for RFQs are done for 98% of the submission.
• Support sales operation team on generating Profitability Report.
• Handle Request for Information (RFI) within required timeframe.

Skills

Knowledge of MS Office, advanced MS excel experience

Proficiency in both spoken and written English

Ability to work under pressure to deliver quality work

Understanding of the logistics business

Good communication, presentation, and multitasking skills

Education

Bachelor’s degree
