Job summary

Trinitium Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to join our Bid & Proposal Management team in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will coordinate end-to-end tender submissions and serve as the liaison between vendors and internal cross-functional teams, ensuring compliant, on-time responses.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in bid coordination or tender management support
• Experience liaising with technology principals/vendors and channel partners
• Proficiency with online tender portals (e-Procurement)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end tender, proposal, and deal submission processes.
• Maintain central opportunity pipeline and CRM tracking database.
• Ensure compliance of submission documentation with client requirements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Legal, Finance, and Partners.
• Manage submission logistics for digital and physical tender packages.
• Maintain Content Library of bid responses, templates, and solution assets.
