Qualifications

• Higher educational qualifications to degree level would be beneficial.
• Strong bid writing and editing skills are essential. Past bid writing and management experience in a sales environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Guide and encourage BDM and BUSC client research activity to support client cultivation.
• Assist with preparation of materials for prospective client meetings and presentations.
• Lead (or support) the coordination of Country/Divisional events by inputting into content, themes and materials.
• Work with the Strategic Development Lead to support BDMs and BUSCs develop vertical markets.
• Ensure bid tracker/responsibility matrix is created for every opportunity and team remains organised.
• Response planning and structuring.
• Write bespoke bid responses and work closely with the BDM to produce compelling executive summaries.
• Check and challenge BUSC and BDM content to ensure differentiation and win themes.
• Ensure final documents are of the highest quality through design, editing and proof reading.
• Ensure the team are on track for post proposal activities, helping plan and prepare site visit, presentation and workshop materials.
