Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Recruitment.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for Malaysia-based roles.
• Experience sourcing for Software Engineering, DevOps, Data, IT roles in the Malaysian market.
• Strong interviewing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical roles.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates in Malaysia.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and HR for offers and onboarding.
• Maintain candidate pipelines through multiple channels.
• Provide timely ATS updates and recruitment reports.
• Meet a minimum of 3 onboardings per month.
