Job summary

Intuitive is establishing a new site in Malaysia, and this Sr. Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting across Manufacturing, Operations, Corporate, and Senior/Executive roles. Initially remote, transition to hybrid as the location scales.

You’ll partner with leaders and HR to build talent pipelines, ensure a strong candidate experience, and drive workforce expansion in Malaysia. The role requires 8+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, with manufacturing hiring, and excellent English

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of end to end recruiting experience, that includes mid to senior/executive level positions & Manufacturing Roles in Malaysia.
• Must have demonstrated experience with full lifecycle sourcing and recruiting for manufacturing openings.
• Good working knowledge of systems and tools including electronic applicant tracking, database data management, and MS Office Suite
• A partnering, collaborative, communicative, continuous improvement perspective to be applied to cross functional.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for Malaysia site across Manufacturing, Operations, Corporate and Senior/Executive roles.
• Full-cycle recruiting and workforce scaling.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build diverse talent pipelines.
• Partner with business leaders, HR, Finance and hiring managers.
• Ensure candidate and hiring manager experience is exceptional.
• Maintain accurate recruiting activity and compliance in ATS.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People teams to implement scalable processes.
• Foster diversity, equity, and inclusion through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
