HRnet One Executive Recruitment (Thailand) Ltd. is recruiting for a Malaysia-based sales leader to own the market end-to-end, building the pipeline and managing SI and OEM relationships. This hunter-led role reports to regional leadership and is supported by in-house Solution Engineers.

You will meet annual targets, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with regional manufacturing hubs on lead times for large projects. A strong local network and travel readiness are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, mechanical engineering, industrial automation or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales or business development experience in intralogistics or industrial manufacturing.
• Proven track record selling mechanical or electrical industrial solutions to End Users, OEMs, SIs and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed annual sales targets for Malaysia.
• Own the territory and be the primary contact for all customers in the region.
• Build, qualify and manage a robust pipeline from first contact to close.
• Grow relationships with System Integrators, OEMs, distributors and end users.
• Position solutions on total cost of ownership, reliability and energy efficiency.
• Engage project consultants, logistics heads and warehouse managers early in design phase.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth sectors and key projects.
• Monitor competitor activity and product positioning in the local market.
• Translate customer requirements into technical layouts and accurate quotations.
