Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in sales management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Engineering background in Mechanical or Materials Technology highly regarded.

Responsabilités

• Drive year-over-year regional sales growth and expand market share.
• Lead and develop country/regional sales teams and key accounts.
• Negotiate long-term contracts with major customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sales plans.
• Manage CRM usage, pricing, and revenue recognition processes.
• Travel ~60% to customer sites and markets.
