Job summary

上海秀群信息技术有限公司 Cherish is seeking a technical support professional to provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance to overseas customers from Malaysia. You will communicate technical requirements, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with R&D and other teams to drive resolutions.

Based in Malaysia, you will support testing, demonstrations, training, documentation, and bid activities. The role requires 3+ years in telecom/networking, strong English and Chinese, and willingness to travel

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in telecom, networking, ICT, or a related technical field.
• Experience with routers, wireless networking, CPE, gateways, or other communication/networking products is preferred.
• Experience in technical support, pre-sales, network troubleshooting, field engineering, or product testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to overseas customers
• Communicate with customers on technical requirements, product issues, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with internal R&D and technical teams to follow up on technical issues through to resolution
• Support product and hardware/software testing, including overseas testing when required
• Assist with technical demonstrations, customer training, solution design, and technical documentation
• Support RFI/RFP/RFQ and other technical activities related to customer projects
• Provide on-site technical support, installation, maintenance, and project support when required
• Currently based in Malaysia
• Overseas travel will account for approximately 70% or more of the working time
• Overseas travel will mainly be to APAC and European countries
