Job summary

JAC Recruitment International is hiring a Sales Manager for our client, a well-established Japanese EMS and supply chain leader in Malaysia. You will drive new business acquisition, expand market presence, and lead a local sales team to deliver integrated EMS, trading, and consulting solutions.

You will mentor the team, build strategic relationships with customers, and collaborate with regional and global stakeholders to achieve sustainable growth through consultative, value-based selling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 5–10 years in B2B sales and business development.
• Proven track record in new business acquisition and solution selling.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management support for the Malaysia operation.
• Drive new business development and identify revenue opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow market presence and customer base.
• Lead customer engagement and build long-term strategic relationships.
• Promote integrated EMS, trading, and consulting solutions through consultative selling.
• Mentor and coach the sales team; collaborate with regional and global stakeholders.
