Job summary

SoftwareOne Malaysia is looking for a Country Services Lead to drive delivery excellence and regional cloud programs in Malaysia and across the region. You will lead end-to-end cloud initiatives, ensure quality, timelines, and client satisfaction while building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

In this role you will guide regional cloud engineering teams, manage project financials including backlog and revenue recognition, and mentor a high-performing delivery team to grow

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading cloud delivery in SI/services environments.
• Proven ability to manage complex cloud projects and escalations.
• Strong understanding of project financials including P&L ownership and revenue management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex cloud projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Drive technical direction with regional cloud engineering teams to align capabilities with market needs.
• Manage escalations and critical engagements to stabilize high-impact projects.
• Oversee financial performance, including backlog and revenue forecasting, in collaboration with finance.
• Develop and mentor the delivery team to build strong capabilities and certifications.
• Engage with clients and partners to build trusted relationships and identify growth opportunities.
