Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 5+ years of project management or PMO experience in cloud computing, IT services, or infrastructure delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder projects across international or cross-regional teams.
• Strong command of English and Chinese Mandarin for business communication.

Responsibilities

• Cloud Project Delivery & Coordination: Lead end-to-end Tencent Cloud projects across local and regional markets, coordinating with internal teams and external providers.
• Stakeholder & Partner Engagement: Serve as the central contact across business and technical stakeholders; manage proposals, phase reports, and acceptance documents.
• Risk & Quality Management: Identify delivery risks and blockers; design mitigation strategies with cross-functional teams to uphold service quality.
• Process Optimization: Refine delivery workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and customer satisfaction for cloud deployment projects.
