Job summary

SoftwareOne Malaysia seeks a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of customer projects within the Services Delivery team. You will plan, lead, and deliver projects in line with scope, timelines, budget, and quality, collaborating with internal teams and partners to ensure success.

The role requires strong planning, stakeholder management, and financial acumen, with certifications such as PMP/PRINCE2 preferred; familiarity with MS Project, PSA, ServiceNow, and CRM is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong experience managing end-to-end projects in a consulting or technology services environment.
• Ability to lead diverse project teams and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent planning, organizing, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Solid understanding of project financials, risk management, and governance.
• Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM, Scrum or equivalent is preferred.
• Familiarity with project delivery tools and presales or upsell support.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and control projects to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality targets.
• Lead cross-functional project teams including internal specialists and external partners.
• Monitor project health by managing risks, issues, dependencies, and milestones.
• Prepare and communicate project documentation and status reports to stakeholders.
• Manage project financials to ensure commercially healthy delivery.
• Support customer relationships and contribute to account growth.
