Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Project Manager in Kuala Lumpur to own end-to-end delivery for enterprise customers. You will plan, lead and deliver projects within scope, schedule and budget, collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

You will drive cloud transformation initiatives, ensure alignment with delivery standards, and maintain strong stakeholder communication. The role offers a dynamic, global team and opportunities to advance in a fast-evolving tech landscape.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end projects in consulting or tech services.
• Ability to lead diverse cross-functional project teams.
• Strong planning, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of project financial management, risk and governance.
• PMI PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile PM / Scrum certifications preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Project, PSA, ServiceNow and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage and control projects to meet scope, schedule and budget.
• Lead cross-functional teams including internal specialists and external partners.
• Monitor project health with risk, issues, dependencies and milestones.
• Prepare clear project documentation and status reports for stakeholders.
• Manage project financials to ensure commercially healthy delivery.
• Support customer relationships and contribute to account growth.
