Job summary

Concrete Engineering Products Berhad in Pasir Gudang, Malaysia seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to plan weekly maintenance, supervise technicians, and coordinate spare parts and safety.

You will read drawings, use CMMS, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure timely calibration and JKKP inspections, reporting to the Factory Manager on progress and issues.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics, industrial engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of supervisory maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Familiarity with maintenance planning systems or CMMS is an advantage.
• Knowledge of workplace safety standards and maintenance best practices.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, or emergency call-outs when required.

• Control on preventive mould repair planning.
• To assist ordering maintenance & mould repair spare part.
• To perform equipment calibration recall and ensure the equipment are calibrated on time.
• To perform, coordinate & arrange for equipment JKKP inspection.Report to factory manager regarding issues resolved, those needing attention and those currently in progress.
• Prepare maintenance expenditure monthly report.
• Liaise & coordinate with supplier on motor, rotor, coil & hoist rewinding works.

Job Requirements
