Job summary

Grand Venture Technology in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to plan, implement and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance for critical machinery. You will coordinate installation, relocations and upgrades with suppliers and internal teams to ensure minimal downtime and alignment with production priorities.

The role requires 5–7 years of maintenance management experience in manufacturing, with strong knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field) required.
• 5–7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in contract manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

At least 5 - 7 years of experience in maintenance management, with a proven track record in overseeing complex maintenance operations (in contract manufacturing industry especially machining).

Strong knowledge of maintenance practices, equipment management, and safety regulations.

Experience with maintenance management software and performance metrics will be an added advantage.

Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skill.
