Job summary

Talent Recruit is recruiting for a Technical Maintenance Manager (Manufacturing) in Klang to lead the maintenance team and ensure all factory equipment runs reliably.

The role requires hands-on technical leadership with strategic oversight, overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaboration with production and quality teams to resolve issues promptly. This is a full-time on-site position in Klang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
• 10+ years in manufacturing maintenance/factory/production, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance teams activities and ensure tasks are aligned with operational goals.
• Supervise repairs, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and implement best practices to reduce downtime.
• Collaborate with Production and Quality Departments to resolve technical issues quickly.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance for key systems (e.g., ventilation, fire protection, utilities).
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards, maintain accurate maintenance records, and provide engineering support across departments.

We are recruiting for a Technical Maintenance Manager on behalf of a leading manufacturing company based in Klang.

The Technical Maintenance Manager will provide leadership and technical expertise, ensuring that the factorys equipment and facilities operate efficiently and reliably.

• MUST HAVE prior maintenance experience in manufacturing/factory/production set up
