Job summary

GRC Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a maintenance supervisor to plan and execute preventive maintenance for production machinery and equipment. The role involves leading maintenance technicians, assigning daily tasks, and ensuring accurate service records.

You will prepare schedules and reports, and regularly inspect plant facilities, utilities, and machinery to identify potential issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
• 2–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or precast concrete.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
