IJM Industry in Malaysia's Selangor region is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance to lead daily maintenance activities, safeguard production reliability, and nurture client relationships for growth. You will oversee preventive, direct and corrective maintenance, coordinate breakdown repairs, and ensure accurate maintenance records.

The role requires a Bachelor's Engineering diploma and at least 1 year in technical sales or related engineering, strong communication, and willingness to travel for

Your Impact:

To supervise daily maintenance activities ensuring smooth production operations.

To monitor and carry out preventive, direct and corrective maintenance.

To manage breakdown repairs and coordinate with production for minimum downtime.

To prepare and update maintenance records and inspection checklist.

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

Bachelor's Diploma in Engineering

Minimum 1 years' experience in technical sales or related engineering role

Strong communication skills to engage with clients effectively

Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits

Good to Have:

Previous experience in construction or industrial equipment sales

Understanding of project management principles

Knowledge of industry procurement processes

Additional language proficiency (especially Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin)

Existing network of industry contacts
