Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad Industry Division, led by Industrial Concrete Products Sdn Bhd (ICP), is seeking personnel to countercheck records, monitor work quality, and train workers at Bestari Jaya, Selangor. The role involves issuing MWRs for inefficiencies and ensuring FIFO in material usage. No prior experience required; SPM or equivalent preferred.

OT may be required with allowance. ICP is a leading PLC with ISO 9001:2008 certification and extensive export activity across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• No minimum experience required.
• At least SPM or equivalent.
• Willing to work at Bestari Jaya, Selangor.
• Overtime may be required with OT allowance.

Responsibilities

• Countercheck and verify records filled by workers/operators.
• Monitor workers' work quality and progress in the program.
• Provide necessary training to relevant workers/operators.
• Issue MWR for inefficiency/breakdown of factory machinery.
• Ensure FIFO when using raw materials.
