Job summary

IJM Group's Industry Division is seeking a QC Supervisor in Bestari Jaya, Selangor to oversee the demoulding process, monitor on-site pile defects, and ensure quality across all production stages. You will engage with clients, coordinate with the repair yard, and drive continuous improvement in concrete products.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in concrete industry.
• Fresh graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the demoulding process.
• Monitor on-site minor pile defect repairs.
• Record defective piles and coordinate with the repair yard.
• Oversee pile description/logo stamping.
• Monitor quality across all production processes.

Your Impact:

Oversee the demoulding process

Monitor on the spot minor pile defect repairs

Check and ensure defective piles are recorded and sent to repair yard

Oversee the pile description/logo stamping process

Monitor quality aspects of all production processes

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.

Must have experience in the concrete industry.
