Job summary

IJM Industry seeks a QC Supervisor to oversee the demoulding process, monitor pile repairs, and ensure defective piles are logged for repair. You will also manage pile description/logo stamping and monitor overall production quality.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and strong communication with clients is valued. The role offers opportunities for learning and leadership development within a major Southeast Asian concrete producer.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience in the concrete industry preferred.
• Fresh graduates may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the demoulding process.
• Monitor on the spot minor pile defect repairs.
• Check and ensure defective piles are recorded and sent to repair yard.
• Oversee the pile description/logo stamping process.
• Monitor quality aspects of all production processes.

Must Have:

Possess a Diploma in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
