Job summary

IJM Corporation Berhad Industry Division is seeking a Contract Manager to oversee contractual obligations, manage client relationships, and ensure compliance while supporting business growth across Malaysia.

Key responsibilities include planning and coordinating delivery schedules, preparing DOs, invoices and PODs, and coordinating with drivers, customers, stockyard and sales to ensure smooth operations. The role emphasizes adherence to procedures, safety, and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree qualification.
• At least 3 years' delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.
• Prepare and verify Delivery Orders (DO), invoices and Proof of Delivery (POD).
• Coordinate with drivers, customers, stockyard, sales and other departments to ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Handle delivery discrepancies, customer complaints, returns and other delivery-related issues.
• Ensure delivery activities comply with company procedures, safety requirements and customer specifications.

Your Impact:
