Responsibilities

About the role

Chuan Ann Realty Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Staff to join our team in Tawau, Sabah. This is a full-time position based on-site, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring all properties and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. As Maintenance Staff, you will be responsible for the upkeep, repair, and maintenance of our real estate facilities, contributing directly to the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our properties.

What you'll be doing

• Performing routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance and repair needs
• Carrying out preventative maintenance tasks to ensure facilities remain in optimal working condition
• Repairing and replacing damaged fixtures, fittings, and equipment throughout properties
• Conducting general cleaning and landscaping tasks to maintain property appearance
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with plumbing, electrical systems, and other building infrastructure
• Maintaining detailed records of maintenance work completed and materials used
• Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs
• Liaising with contractors and service providers when specialist work is required
