Qualifications

• Must have practical knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry and general repairs.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness to work in varied environments.
• Excellent communication and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Reliability and punctuality.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in maintenance, electrical work, or plumbing (preferred).
• Experience in property or facilities maintenance within real estate (preferred).
• Valid driving licence (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance to keep facilities in optimal condition.
• Repair and replace damaged fixtures, fittings, and equipment across properties.
• Conduct general cleaning and landscaping to maintain appearance.
• Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work and materials used.
• Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
• Liaise with contractors and service providers for specialist work.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with property inspections and walkthroughs with management and clients.
