Job summary

TLK Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate routine building inspections, oversee repairs, and manage estate landscaping and site operations in Triang, Pahang. The role involves leading on-site workers, liaising with contractors, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate has proven maintenance supervision experience, familiarity with building maintenance and landscape upkeep, and is prepared to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Possess at least an SPM qualification or higher.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in residential projects or landscape management.
• Familiar with building maintenance and landscape or agricultural upkeep.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routine building inspections and oversee repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and structural maintenance.
• Manage upkeep of estate landscaping, irrigation, weed control and general grounds upkeep.
• Monitor daily site operations to ensure premises are secure, clean and well-organized.
• Lead and supervise on-site workers and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Liaise with suppliers and contractors on rectification and repair works.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to Management on site conditions, staff attendance and material inventory.
• Implement site safety and health rules and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage procurement of materials and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Assist staycation guests with check-in/check-out when necessary.
• Be available on standby after working hours for urgent matters.

Responsibilities :

Coordinate routine building inspections and oversee repairs, including plumbing, electrical, and structural maintenance.

Manage the upkeep of the estate’s landscape, ensuring irrigation systems, weed control, and general landscaping are maintained to a high standard

Monitor daily site operations to ensure the premises are secure, clean, and well-organized.

Lead and supervise on-site workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and meet quality standards.

Liaise with suppliers and contractors on rectification and repair works.

Provide regular progress updates and structured reports to Management on site conditions, staff attendance, and material inventory.

Implement site safety and health rules, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations.

Manage the procurement of materials and maintain accurate inventory records.

Assist staycation guests with check-in and check-out when necessary.

Be available on standby after working hours for urgent matters.

Requirement / Qualification :

Possess at least an SPM qualification or higher.

Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably in residential projects or landscape management.

Familiar with building maintenance and have a strong understanding of landscape or agricultural upkeep.

Computer literate, with working knowledge of MS Office applications.

Must possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation as required.
