Landsworth Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Technician in Dengkil, Selangor to maintain and support the technical infrastructure of our commercial properties. You will perform routine maintenance, diagnose faults, and coordinate with contractors to keep building systems running smoothly.

The role requires knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general mechanical systems, plus safety compliance and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Technician or similar maintenance role in commercial property or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical equipment.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in electrical work or facilities maintenance.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with property management teams.

Responsibilities

About the role

Landsworth Property Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team on a full-time basis in Dengkil, Selangor. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and supporting the technical infrastructure of our commercial properties. Your work will be essential to ensuring that our managed properties operate smoothly and efficiently, contributing directly to the satisfaction of our clients and resident. The Technician position is integral to our operations, requiring someone with strong technical expertise and a commitment to maintaining high standards of property management and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

Performing routine maintenance and inspections on building systems, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing infrastructure

Responding promptly to maintenance requests and emergency technical issues reported by resident or property management staff

Diagnosing technical faults and implementing appropriate repairs or liaising with specialist contractors when necessary

Conducting preventative maintenance schedules to minimise downtime and extend the lifespan of property systems and equipment

Maintaining detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs completed, and equipment serviced

Ensuring compliance with relevant health, safety, and building regulations during all maintenance work

Supporting the property management team with technical advice on building operations and maintenance requirements

Operating and troubleshooting building management systems and monitoring equipment as required

Coordinating with external contractors and service providers for specialist maintenance and repairs

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Technician or in a similar maintenance role within the commercial property or facilities management sector

Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general mechanical equipment

Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in electrical work, mechanical maintenance, or facilities management

Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accurate records and documentation

Ability to work independently whilst collaborating effectively with property management teams

Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with tenants and colleagues

Physical capability to perform maintenance tasks, including climbing, lifting, and working at heights when necessary

Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance calls outside standard working hours when required
