Job summary

Acquirax Holdings Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Field Service Engineer (Semiconductor) to install, service and repair EO L semiconductor equipment at client sites across Penang and Ipoh. You will diagnose issues, perform preventive maintenance, and document reports.

Travel required with a valid driving licence, and strong safety standards adherence is essential. Ideal candidates hold a Diploma or degree in Engineering and have proven field service experience in semiconductors, with excellent

Diploma or degree in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as Field Service Engineer or similar technical field support role.
Strong technical knowledge to diagnose and resolve complex issues on semiconductor equipment.
Excellent communication to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
Strong organisational and time management abilities; able to manage multiple service calls.

Responsibilities

Conduct on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of Semiconductor E.O.L. equipment.
Diagnose issues and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime.
Perform preventive maintenance checks and servicing per schedules.
Document all work with detailed service reports and maintenance records.
Communicate findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Travel to client sites across the region as required.

Collaborate with the technical team to identify recurring issues and implement improvements
Provide technical guidance and support to clients on equipment operation and best practices
Travel to various client sites across the region as required
