Tamasek Group is seeking a Maintenance personnel to maintain plating lines, plating machines, and related production equipment to minimize downtime and support smooth manufacturing operations.
You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and improve equipment, while coordinating with production and engineering teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations in a manufacturing plant environment.

The Maintenance personnel will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving plating lines, plating machines, and related production equipment to minimize downtime and support smooth manufacturing operations.
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair for plating lines, plating machines, and related production equipment.
Support machine breakdown response, identify root causes, and carry out corrective actions to reduce downtime.
Maintain and repair pumps, motors, rectifiers, tanks, piping, filters, electrical systems, mechanical components, and other plating-related facilities.
Assist in equipment improvement, safety enhancement, spare parts planning, and maintenance documentation.
Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure machines operate safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Possess at least SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Engineering, Maintenance, or a related technical field.
Minimum 3–5 years of hands‑on maintenance experience in plating lines, plating machines, or manufacturing production equipment.
Practical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, pumps, motors, rectifiers, tanks, piping, filters, scrubbers, wastewater‑related systems, and chemical process equipment.
Able to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair work, machine improvement, and breakdown support independently.
Relevant working experience in manufacturing, plating, surface treatment, chemical process, or related industries is preferred.
Hands‑on, responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Good problem‑solving skills and ability to work closely with production, quality, maintenance, safety, and management teams.
Able to follow company procedures, safety requirements, and compliance standards.
